our brass guaranteed? |

Yes,
it is all guaranteed and you can
return it within 10 days if not
fully satisfied. Federal brass is
not guaranteed. Customer is
responsible for return shipping
costs.

the prices include shipping? |

No.
We could raise our prices to include
shipping, but feel it is better to
charge actual shipping and pass the
savings along to you. |

long does it take for an order to be
processed? |

order is normally processed and

Is
the brass tarnished? |
 |
Our
brass is in excellent condition.
we do not sell tarnished brass. If
the brass needs to be cleaned, we
clean it at no extra charge. |

Do
you polish the brass? |
 |
All
brass is shipped unpolished. We DO
NOT Polish / Tumble Clean the brass
unless we feel that it needs to be
polished before we ship it to our
customers. If we are requested to
Polish / Tumble the brass, there
will be a $3.00 per 1000 fee. *

Is
the brass the same lot number? |
 |
We
can't guarantee that it is all from
the same lot. Law enforcement
agencies shoot a lot in 6 months and
may order two or three pallets of
ammunition at different times. |
